My purpose is to empower our communities to build a solid foundation for legacy wealth and I have created the ultimate course and resource hub to do just that and take your finances to the next level!  

 

Through my bankruptcy practice for the past twenty years, I have helped many people use bankruptcy as a tool to overcome the financial set-backs created by poor money management, job loss, business closure, divorce, and death. After that I helped my clients who were struggling to rebuild their finances and credit after bankruptcy so that they could fully benefit from the fresh start that the bankruptcy process intended.

At the beginning of the year, when my husband found gainful employment, we sat down together to work on a budget. Overcoming the Obstacles!
 
Hi Ravena, I hope all is well!  I wanted to send you a quick email to tell you I finally stepped out there and got a credit card after overcoming the obstacles of filing Chapter 7. I was hesitant because I didn't want to fall into the same traps as before.
 
My first card was approved with a $3000 credit limit. The interest rate is through the roof (21%) but it was expected just 2 months after my discharge. Anyway, they offer free access to my credit score which I hit the button this morning checking my balance and was blown away at what I saw...my credit score was 706! 

God is so good!  We have been contemplating getting a car for years and have put it off. That's the next step in the very near future!  Things have been so good and we both continue to say how BK was the best thing we could have done for our finances!
